The ‘LIFE’S GOOD’ Scholarship Program 2024 by LG Electronics India Private Limited aims to provide financial assistance to meritorious students from economically weaker sections. This initiative supports undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) students in pursuing their education and aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 4 and 5, focusing on quality education and gender equality.
Eligibility Criteria
- Academic Qualification:
- Students must be pursuing undergraduate/postgraduate courses (any academic year) from select colleges/institutes across India.
- First-year UG/PG students must have secured 60% marks in their Class 12th examinations.
- For 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year UG students and 2nd year PG students, a minimum of 60% marks in the previous academic year is required.
- Exclusions:
- Children of employees of Buddy4Study and LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. are not eligible.
- Preference Criteria:
- Female students.
- Students from families with an annual income less than INR 8 lakhs.
- Meritorious candidates.
Benefits
- For UG Students:
- 50% of tuition fees or up to INR 1 lakh (whichever is lesser).
- For meritorious candidates with zero tuition fees and a family income below INR 8 lakhs: INR 50,000.
- For PG Students:
- 50% of tuition fees or up to INR 2 lakhs (whichever is lesser).
- For meritorious candidates with zero tuition fees and a family income below INR 8 lakhs: INR 1 lakh.

- Government-Issued Address Proof:
- Aadhaar card or equivalent.
- Proof of Family Income (any one of the following):
- Income Tax Return (ITR) statement.
- Salary slip or Form 16 (for salaried individuals).
- BPL/Ration Card.
- Income proof certificate signed by Tehsildar/BDP (for rural areas).
- Letter/certificate from Gram Panchayat (signed and stamped).
- Admission Proof:
- College/school ID card.
- Academic fees receipt and fee structure.
- Bonafide Certificate: From the institute.
- Bank Account Details: Beneficiary account details.
- Passport-Size Photograph.
